Welcome to my homepage for the 2010 Climb for Clean Air

Here is a little bit of background about why this climb means so much to me.

On March 1st, 2009, I decided after 14 years, it was finally time to quit smoking for good.  I had heard Don O'Neill of KIRO radio talking about the Climb for Clean Air, which he was doing in honor of a close friend that had recently passed away.  His words encouraged me, and just days later I was registed for the climb to prove to myself that I could reclaim my lungs and my life.  It was a life-changing experience for me in many ways.  A couple of the things I learned throughout the experience were:
1. I love to climb.
2. The American Lung Association is a fantastic organization that needs our help!
